Hi,

I got ur email from ur blog grasspg.blogspot.com, could u be so kind to help to spread the word,

i'am staying in grand ocean apartment in tanjung bungah, penang. The management committee has issued a  warning letter to all residents regarding the keeping of pets in the property. They will be conducting house to house check for pets:- Dogs, Cats, Birds, Fish, Turtles, Reptiles, etc...

If the pets are not removed from the premises with in the time frame, they will issue a court order RM7000 with MPPP and the Police to come inside the house to remove the pets. And the house owner will have to pay back the Management the Legal Fees and MPPP fines amounting to more than RM7000.

Attached are the letter that is from the Property Manager.

Dog For Adoption (Male, 6 Months, Penang)

Dear All,

here is the latest dog he is a male dog, medium sized about 6 months of age.

This dog just appeared 3 days ago in the area and someone has put a temporary makeshift collar with license on him. He is being fed by a few neighbours but no one can house him as they have many pets with them.

He is very sweet and good with children. If you can foster or adopt him, please let us know. As the weather is quite rainy, he may not have adequate shelter.

Wan Tan Mee Seller Pours Hot Water on Stray Dogs & Cats That Walk By

Subject: Freaking idiotic guy! The person who did this to the dog is a Wan Tan Mee seller at this shop in Seksyen 17 - so called famous Wan Tan Mee This dog has been tortured by this wan tan mee stall owner. He pour steaming hot water to all stray dogs / cats which passes by his stalls. I only manage to take a picture of this particular dog as it was rescued by an old lady staying nearby. This wan tan mee stall is located at SS17 Lucky Restaurant. There are alot of... witness including the Restaurant owner but as usual no one will help. The poor dog's skin bleed instantly and was crying for pain when this moron pour the hot water onto it's body.   Please help to spread this story and the authority can take action towards this man.        OMG!!! The person is so horrible..This dog suffered severe injuries   What does this dog did to deserve such an abuse? This incident happen near my house. The person poured hot water on to this dog for no reason.   The person who did this to the dog is a Wan Tan Mee seller at this shop in Seksyen 17 - so called famous Wan Tan Mee   This is the idiot guy ( in yellow shirt ) who poured the hot water onto the dog. --
